DELIVERY

The shipping costs are calculated when you checkout and are based on your country of origin. The shipping costs are charged for every order and not for every item so you only pay for shipping once per order even if you order multiple items. All shipments are handled by DHL (if you choose Express Shipping) or PostNL / your local postal service (when checking out with Standard Shipping). All items are incl. VAT, but without shipping costs. International customers should also note that T0K10 is not responsible for any taxes and duties charged by their country. 

Orders placed before 16.00 will be shipped out the same day.

Express option:

For international order you will have the option to choose for Express delivery. When choosing Express, your order will be shipped out via DHL Express with On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service. Some items might be excluded for Express shipping or will have special Express rates.

• Delivery time depends on your country but within 1-3 days your order will be delivered. (Excluding certain remote islands / areas).
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.
• DHL Express On Demand Delivery Service will notify you by email and SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date / time. When this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customise your delivery and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.

RETURN POLICY

With T0K10 we spend the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition. In case you are dissatisfied about your T0K10 order you can return it within 14 days as long as the item(s) are unopened in the original packaging, have not been worn or damaged and with all the original tags attached. Please write your reason of return on the invoice and send the (stamped) package back to T0K10. Please note that all original packing material (shoe boxes or other packing material) should arrive undamaged. T0K10 does not refund any shipping cost.

In case the error can be accounted to T0K10, (T0K10 says sorry and) we will settle your case immediately. However, if T0K10 can not be accounted for the error the return cost are yours and if a new item needs to be sent you will have to pay for the shipping again. T0K10 can not be held liable for any return shipments getting lost in the mail.

PRE-ORDERS

A Pre-Order can only be exchanged for a T0K10 store / online credit or another size - no money refunds. The delivery can take up to max. 30 days after the expected delivery date. Only after this period the client is allowed to request a money refund which will result to the cancelation of the pre-order.

TRACKING

All customers will receive a tracking number via e-mail as soon as the products has been shipped.
