Pronounced as Rassvet, (not “Pakbet”), Рассвет is a skate line by run by Tolia Titaev with the support of COMME des GARÇONS. Рассвет, which means “sunrise” in Russian, but is often used in Russia as a metaphor for better days. Рассвет represents a new, post-Soviet, generation and a new word seen through the eyes of the youth.
